To prevent cavity and taking care of oral hygiene

Cavities can occur with young, middle-aged, old. It doesn't matter of any age, you'll still have it.
There are ways that you can prevent before the cavity show up. When you think you might have cavity.
1. Check if your teeth got stain, either by drinking coffee, tea, or other beverages that have dark colorant in it. These tends to cause cavity in the future, if you can't take it off early.
2. If you see your teeth have a small hole on the surface of the teeth and it doesn't turn to black color or brown color, then that is not a cavity. This hole is about to turn into cavity in the future if you don't know how to brush it right or use a product to stop it.
